- A brand is one connected set of channels with its own voice profile, calendar, and posting schedule. Most subscriptions use a single brand. Agency covers up to 5. It's useful when one operator runs marketing for several client businesses.
- Do quotas roll over month to month?
- No. Quotas reset on the first of each month. The tiers are sized so a normal cadence fits comfortably inside the monthly allotment. Rollover would just encourage hoarding posts instead of publishing them.
- Can I upgrade mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply on the next cycle, so you don't lose anything you've already paid for.
- What if I go over a quota?
