Data Deletion Instructions

Scope

MorBizAI is a B2B SaaS marketing engine that connects to clients' WordPress sites, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and (soon) social platforms: LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. When a customer signs up, we store their tenant profile, brand voice settings, content drafts, published posts, encrypted integration credentials, and audit logs. When they connect a Meta or LinkedIn account, we receive limited profile data and content-publishing permissions.

How to request deletion

A user can request deletion of all their data by emailing privacy@morbiz.aiwith the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address associated with their MorBizAI account. Within 30 days of receipt, we will:

  • Permanently delete the tenant record and all associated content briefs, drafts, published posts, integrations, and audit logs.
  • Revoke any OAuth tokens held on the user's behalf.
  • Disconnect from all third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, WordPress, etc.).
  • Send written confirmation when deletion is complete.

What we retain and why

We retain a limited set of records after deletion, none of which contain personally identifying information:

  • Anonymized aggregate usage analytics. No personal identifiers, used only for product-level metrics.
  • Billing and invoicing records. Retained for 7 years for tax compliance under US and EU law.
  • Security audit logs. Retained for 1 year, then purged.

Third-party data

If a user has data on a connected platform (for example, a Facebook Page or LinkedIn Company Page) that we sourced via API, our copy of that data is deleted in the same flow above. We do not delete data on the platform itself. That must be requested through the platform's own privacy controls.
